Two years ago, we chose It's Your Life as our charity partner. What followed was one of the most rewarding charity chapters this business has seen.
Marathons run. Mountains climbed. Money raised. Laptops donated. Our L&D team in their offices running training sessions. Our marketing and communications team lending hands on support. And throughout it all, a connection that grew into something genuinely special.
Two Years of Doing More Than Just Donating
From the very start, this partnership was never about writing a cheque and stepping back. It was about showing up. Our people got stuck in, whether that meant lacing up for a marathon, taking on a mountain challenge, or simply spending a day in the It's Your Life offices sharing skills and time. Along the way, we:
Ran training sessions for the It's Your Life team, sharing our L&D expertise directly with the people who needed it
Donated laptops to support their day to day operations
Took on physical challenges, from marathons to mountain climbs, to raise funds
Provided hands on support from our marketing and communications team
Built genuine relationships with the people behind the charity, not just a line item in a CSR report

A Proper Send Off, Not a Quiet Goodbye
A few weeks ago, we visited the It's Your Life team one last time. Not to say a quiet goodbye, but to mark the end of the partnership properly.
