Elevating Regional Resilience through Incident Commander Training

We recently had the privilege of developing and facilitating the first Incident Commander Course at the Bermuda Police Training Centre, an initiative that has set a new benchmark for operational excellence across the Caribbean.
High-Pressure Leadership
Created in partnership with BPS and delivered by Dave Twyford, the course brought together 20 dedicated incident managers from Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and Anguilla. This wasn't just a classroom exercise, it was a journey from concept to capability, specifically designed to bolster decision-making and risk management for everything from serious crime to high-risk missing person cases.
The course encompassed a rigorous scenario day, challenging delegates to demonstrate their learning in realistic, high-pressure environments. As one participant noted:

100% Excellence: Every single one of the 20 participants rated the course as "Excellent".

Zero Negative Feedback: Across ten core metrics, there was not a single "disagree" or "neutral" response.
