Rhys Ivey

Rhys is an Operations Manager within IGS, responsible for leading the operational delivery of complex recruitment programmes and managed services across international policing, law enforcement and the wider public sector.

He oversees the mobilisation and management of specialist resources across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively while maintaining high standards of operational performance, governance, reporting and commercial management. He also plays a key role in supporting consultant welfare, ensuring deployed personnel are appropriately supported throughout the assignment lifecycle.

Drawing on experience across project delivery, recruitment operations and programme management, Rhys focuses on driving continuous improvement, supporting client success and delivering high-quality outcomes across some of IGS's most complex and strategically important programmes.
