Owen Weatherill KPM

Owen is a recently retired UK Chief Police Officer with extensive national-level leadership experience, and in 2024, he was awarded the King's Police Medal. As a Senior Strategic Consultant in our Defence, Security, Safety & Justice practice, Owen provides expert leadership and strategic oversight on key projects and programs.

Alongside his role with IGS, he serves as an Associate Chief Officer of the College of Policing, the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) lead for the UK Covid Public Inquiry, and a Commissioner for the National Preparedness Commission. Owen’s deep expertise ensures impactful contributions across the security and justice sectors.
