Liam Barber

Liam is the Consulting Lead (UK) for our Central Government practice at Investigo Government Solutions, driving initiatives across the public sector with key organisations including the Home Office, DESNZ, DSIT, DEFRA and others. With a focus on strategy design and delivery, programme/project/policy delivery, change management, and digital transformation, Liam has played a pivotal role in driving multiple high-profile central government campaigns, including large EU Exit programmes, GMPP initiatives, and Machinery of Government changes.

In spearheading the creation of Investigo Government Solutions, Liam has established a competitive edge over traditional Big4-8 consultancies, offering a more outcome-focused and cost-effective approach to delivering public sector value. He developed IGS' partner ecosystem of SMEs and accredited bodies, ensuring the ability to deliver a holistic service that leverages niche skills while maintaining top-tier quality assurance.
